The stimulating effect of BoostMe may be instant. You should note, though, that everyone is different and it may take some people more time to fully enjoy the effects.

Yes, you can take all 4 capsules of the BoostMe dietary supplement at once, in the morning or at midday (this offers the most beneficial and noticeable effect.) If you are new to BoostMe, though, it is better to take 2 capsules of BoostMe twice a day, morning and noon, between meals, and see how your body reacts.

Take all dietary supplements as instructed on the label and on the box. We recommend that you always take our supplements after a meal to minimize the risk of any gastrointestinal discomfort. For one hour after taking the dietary supplement, you should not consume hot foods or drinks, coffee, strong tea, alcohol, and fizzy drinks.

You should not take BoostMe together with:

• Vitamin B Complex (too much B vitamins), SlimMe (risk of excessive agitation).

Be careful when taking it with:

• ProtectMe Immune+ and LittleMe (too much B vitamins),
• DetoxMe and RestMe (possible interaction between the herbal ingredients).
