Gift card 300 PLN

The Health Labs Care Gift Card is one of the payment methods you can choose on the healthlabs.care website. It comprises a unique 16-character code and a PIN.

You can purchase the gift card at healthlabs.care/pl/produkty/karty-upominkowe

You can use your Health Labs Care Gift Card as a payment method only on the healthlabs.care website (by entering the 16-character alphanumeric code and a 4-digit PIN in the “Add a gift card” field).

Gift cards cannot be bought at a price lower than their value, which means that discount codes, sales, special offers etc. do not apply to gift cards.

Yes, orders with applied discount codes, sales, special offers etc. can be paid for with the gift card.

You can use the gift card as a payment method as long as there is a balance remaining on the card, or until it expires (i.e. within 180 days).

The gift card you provide is automatically applied to the whole order amount, if this amount is lower than or equal to the balance available on the card, or to a part of the order amount up to the available balance.

To pay the remaining amount, you can use any of the online payment methods (BLIK, PayU, debit/credit card, PayPo, Twisto, Google Pay). Cash on delivery is not available in this case.

You have 180 days to use up your gift card.

The gift card is only available in digital format (a unique 16-character code and a PIN). Once you order the card, you will receive an e-mail with a PDF attachment, containing the following details: name of the recipient, optional message, balance, card number, PIN, expiry date, and QR code/link to the Health Labs Care website.

Yes, all products and services available on the healthlabs.care website (with the exception of gift cards) can be paid for with the gift card. 

The card is not issued to a specific person — anyone who has the 16-character alphanumeric code and the PIN can use it. This is how the recipient of your gift can purchase Health Labs Care products and services.

Gift cards have a value of PLN 100, 200, 300, or 500. 

No, the gift card balance cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

You will receive the gift card within one hour of placing the order and making the payment, at the e-mail address provided in the order form. 

Should that happen, immediately contact us by e-mail at contact@healthlabs.care or call us at +48 799 353 888.

If you return products paid for with the gift card, in part or in total, the amount you spent using this method will be added back to your gift card balance within 14 days. 

Yes, you can use the gift card to pay for products and services, as well as shipping (if applicable).

Regardless of the balance on your gift cards, you can only use one gift card in a single transaction.

You can check the balance remaining on your card and its expiry date in our store, on the healthlabs.care/pl/karta-upominkowa page.

Make sure you:
a) enter the 16-character gift card code in the “Add a gift card” field,

b) authorize the transaction using the correct PIN.

The PIN of your card can be found in the e-mail received after the purchase (along with the unique 16-character alphanumeric code). 

No, the value of the gift card does not reduce the amount needed to qualify for free delivery, either in Poland or abroad. This amount only includes the cost of products shipped to the customer by post or delivery service, i.e. dietary supplements and beauty products.
