When it comes to the quality and safety of our products, compromise is not an option. We recommend the following protocol:

• LittleMe 2nd and 3rd Trimester Day: 2 capsules in the morning, after breakfast + 1 capsule one hour after lunch
• OmegaMe Prenatal: 1 capsule in the morning, after breakfast
• LittleMe 2nd and 3rd Trimester Night: 2 capsules, after supper

Remember that the OmegaMe Prenatal contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3, so make sure to have a 25-hydroxy vitamin D test done to determine the right dose with your doctor.

The My Pregnancy Care set contains the OmegaMe Prenatal and LittleMe 2nd and 3rd Trimester dietary supplements. This is a basic set of supplements with ingredients recommended for pregnant women, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, as well as for breastfeeding moms. For your own safety, consult your physician before you begin taking any supplement.

The demand for DHA in pregnant women is higher than in the general population, and what is more, the fetus’s demand for this ingredient significantly increases in the 3rd trimester. The DHA and EPA omega 3 fatty acids are recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians*. An adequate supply of DHA in those periods promotes healthy cell development (especially in neurons), which is beneficial for the baby’s vision and psychomotor development. As it may be more difficult for pregnant women to ensure adequate supply of DHA from food (e.g. in Poland, which is one of the countries with the lowest fish consumption), supplementation is something that should be considered.

We suggest you choose one. If you want to take OmegaMe Prenatal, it is best not to drink fish oil.

1. Start by checking if the supplement is stored properly and whether its PAO (period after opening) has not expired — in the latter case, it may have oxidated and gone rancid. If that happens, you must dispose of the product.
2. The burping problem may also be the result of pancreatic, gallbladder or duodenal (gastrointestinal) dysfunction. First, consult with your doctor to make sure your fat digestion is normal.
3. You can also try taking OmegaMe Prenatal after a light meal containing some fat.
