When it comes to the quality and safety of our products, compromise is not an option. Therefore, all Health Labs Care supplements are tested for mold, yeast, bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella, as well as their PAH (total benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, chrysene, and benzo[a]pyrene) and heavy metal (lead, cadmium, mercury) content.

Each batch of every supplement is tested in an independent, certified laboratory: J. S Hamilton Poland, which complies with the highest quality standards, confirmed by the Polish Center for Accreditation and by its continued membership in Polish and international associations such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association).

You may experience symptoms like that during the first 10 days of taking the probiotic. However, if you see no improvement after that time and the symptoms do not subside, stop taking the ProbioticMe dietary supplement, as the probiotic strains in the product may not be right for your body.

The ProbioticMe dietary supplement can be taken with all Health Labs Care products, provided you take a one-hour break between them.

You should not take the product at the same time as IntiMe.

If you suffer from gastrointestinal problems and are taking ProbioticMe (twice a day — after breakfast and after dinner), take the IntiMe dietary supplement in the middle of the day (after lunch).

If indicated, you can alternate between ProbioticMe and IntiMe — for example, take one supplement for 1 or 2 months, and then switch to the other one, also for 1 or 2 months. The optimum length of such an alternating regimen is around 4–6 months. Afterwards, you should take a 2-month break.

Take all dietary supplements as instructed on the label and on the box. We recommend that you always take our supplements after a meal to minimize the risk of any gastrointestinal discomfort. For one hour after taking the probiotics, you should not consume hot foods and drinks, coffee and strong tea, alcohol, or fizzy drinks (especially acidic ones, such as Coke or Pepsi).
