When it comes to the quality and safety of our products, compromise is not an option. Therefore, all Health Labs Care supplements are tested for mold, yeast, bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella, as well as their PAH (total benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, chrysene, and benzo[a]pyrene) and heavy metal (lead, cadmium, mercury) content. 

Each batch of every supplement is tested in an independent, certified laboratory: J. S Hamilton Poland, which complies with the highest quality standards, confirmed by the Polish Center for Accreditation and by its continued membership in Polish and international associations such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association).

At least for two months, optimally for three (in scientific studies performed on this strain, oral supplements were taken for at least 2 months). If you want to take it for a longer period of time, for example for six months, take a 1.5–2-month break after 1.5–2 months of using the supplement.

The product should not be taken with ProbioticMe or HealMe.

If you suffer from gastrointestinal problems and are taking ProbioticMe (twice a day — after breakfast and after dinner), take the IntiMe dietary supplement in the middle of the day (after lunch). 

If indicated, you can alternate between IntiMe and ProbioticMe — for example, take one supplement for 1 or 2 months, and then switch to the other one, also for 1 or 2 months. The optimum length of such an alternating regimen is around 4–6 months. Afterwards, you should take a 2-month break. 

Take all dietary supplements as instructed on the label and on the box. We recommend that you always take our supplements after a meal to minimize the risk of any gastrointestinal discomfort. For one hour after taking the supplement, you should not consume hot foods or drinks, coffee, strong tea, alcohol, or fizzy drinks.

The IntiMe dietary supplement can be taken from the age of 16.

Just to be safe, always wait at least 2 hours after taking your medication (for example antibiotics) before you take any dietary supplement. Do not combine IntiMe with any medicines or supplements that can kill good probiotic bacteria (e.g. HealMe).

This is a basic set of supplements that contains a number of ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for those planning pregnancy.
