Dual power of retinoids

Retinoids must be converted to retinoic acid (tretinoin) to become active in the skin. The Slow On Retinocream contains a stable form of retinal at a 0.1% concentration, which requires just one step to become the target molecule: retinoic acid. As to Retinyl Retinoate, it is a hybrid retinoid which is directly converted to retinoic acid in the skin, but its breakdown also produces an additional retinol molecule.

Neuropeptides with a botox-like effect

Peptides are molecules with a low molecular weight and high effectiveness in pro-aging care. The Slow On Retinocream contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Pentapeptide-18 — two peptides that help release neurotransmitters responsible for muscle contraction, making skin smoother.
